Cancel free of charge as long as you let us know at least 2 hours before the pickup time, and the advance is refunded. Cancel inside that 2-hour window, or simply not show up, and a cancellation charge may apply. If plans change, just call us straight away and we will cancel or reschedule the cab for you.
